About a year ago, we bought a very large house in The Villages. While we needed a large house, we felt that it would be an energy hog, with two large air conditioners and pool heat pumps. We felt guilty for using so much electricity and so we started investigating solar energy to mitigate our energy footprint. Pure Energy Solar came highly recommended at a time when we almost gave up after talking to a number of very pushy salesmen from other companies. Wayne, of Pure Energy Solar, was great –knowledgeable, honest, friendly, polite, nice sense of humor. He was dependable, his crew was great, everything was done on time, no mess, and the system works great. My only complaint is the local electric company which does not seem to like losing customers to the sun.
